You can submit your questions about your personal data and your rights and requests under Article 11 of the LPPD, with a petition prepared in accordance with the conditions specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by applying in person in writing to the address Şemikler Mahallesi Anadolu Caddesi No:687/A Karşıyaka/İzmir, or through a notary, or by signing with a Secure Electronic Signature or Mobile Signature and sending it to our Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address ([email protected]).
It is mandatory for the data subjects who will resort to this method to present identity-verifying documents.
