We have been among the leading companies for many years in the software sector. Protection of Customer Information and Corporate Information and minimizing the risks have been one of the top critical issues for years. That is why we initiated the process to receive the ISO/IC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Certificate, which had a global validity. The process that has started in September 2014, has been completed with the audit in March 2015. As we have worked with great diligence and devotions on our current system, we managed to proceed fast and became eligible to receive the certificate at the first audit.
Adding our ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificate to our service quality, we received our certificate from the General Manager of Proks Certification Alper Öztürk in a ceremony in Univera Center on June 10. Our Software Support and Call Center Manager Özge Akbaba, who also assumed the responsibility of Information Security Manager in this process, has attended the ceremony together with our Information Technologies Manager Necmettin Türer and the other members of Univera Team that supported the process.
Özge Akbaba who assumed the responsibility of Information Security Process and Documentation Manager said, "Our corporate culture highly supports the teamwork. Univera Team has been a great support in the process and we even managed to have fun including "Topsy", our Information Security mascot. This is why this had been a process where we managed to accomplish a lot in a short time".
Information Security IT Operation Manager Necmettin Türer said, "We collect customer information in all the projects we realize. That is why Univera put so much emphasis on information security. It is nice to have certified this with ISO/IEC 27001:2013".
