Information Security Management System Policy

Objective

The objective of the Information Security Policy is to ensure business continuity at Univera, to minimize the risk of security breaches by minimizing risks, and to reduce the risk of damage by reducing their potential impacts.

To ensure the continuity of basic and supportive business activities, our Information Security Policy for the protection of our information assets against all internal, external, intentional or accidental threats is as follows.

  • Our Information Security Policy has been approved by the Chairman of our Board of Directors.
  • Our Security Policy guarantees the following listed below
    • Information shall be protected against any unauthorized access.
    • Confidentiality of the information shall be ensured.
    • Information integrity shall be maintained.
    • Information accessibility to the saved business processes shall be ensured.
    • Requirements of provisions in contracts entered with legal and regulatory, third parties (business partners, customers, suppliers) shall be constantly monitored and covered.
    • Business Continuity Plans shall be developed, maintained and tested.
    • Information Security Training shall apply to all employees.
    • Any actual or suspected information security violations shall be reported to the Information Security Manager and shall be investigated.
  • Procedures have been developed to support policy (protection against viruses, encryption and continuity plans, etc.).
  • Availability of information and systems for business requirements is ensured.
  • Information Security Manager is responsible for providing support and advice during the implementation and the continuation of the policy.
  • All managers are directly responsible for the implementation of the policy and to ensure it is understood by the personnel in relevant departments.
  • Compliance with the Information Security Policy is a compulsory document for anyone working or in collaboration with Univera.

 

Business Continuity Management System Policy

Objective

The objective of the Business Continuity Policy is to ensure business continuity at Univera, to increase customer satisfaction and to prevent business processes from being interrupted by minimizing risks.

Goal

The goal of the Business Continuity Management System is to ensure the continuity of the business of Univera against all internal, external, intentional or accidental threats in the process of ensuring the continuity of basic and supportive business activities.

  • Our Business Continuity Management System Policy has been approved by the Chairman of our Board of Directors.

ISO 27001 is the only internationally auditable standard that defines the requirements of the Information Security Management System. We targeted to ensure business continuity, to minimize loss in the event of a catastrophic disasters and to protect in all circumstances the confidentiality, accessibility and integrity of the resources of our customers and ours that are considered to be the building blocks. For this purpose, we carry out our business processes by keeping information security at the highest level with new methods that comply with the requirements of ISO / IEC 27001.

ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System is a process that requires institutions to prepare the environment necessary for customer satisfaction. As Univera, we are continuing our efforts with this process, aiming to provide a service beyond the expectations of our customers.

ISO 22301 Societal Security and Business Continuity Management System is a standard accepted by 160 countries. We provide services in accordance with international standards to ensure business continuity and to respond quickly and accurately to our customers' needs. Thanks to our ISO 22301 certification, we are able to ensure the continuity of business processes during possible crisis periods. We do not compromise the quality of service we offer by taking our precautions beforehand against incidents that may affect the service in any way.
